Fenia is a form of vermicelli from the Indian subcontinent, notably North India. Although similar to the vermicelli used in seviyan and falooda, fenia are much thinner.
Living in maharashra we miss punjabi flavour items. These fenia and Matthi were just the kind we were looking for in karvachauth. Altough it took 10 days to reach the nearest station and i had to personally collect from that station other wise these would have been late for the sergi one point less for the same as the start point itself took three days
